• All United States orders ship USPS first class mail or Priority mail for $6.95. 
• Orders over $125 ship FREE via USPS first class mail or Priority mail. (United States only). 
 
• Preorders will ship in 4-6 weeks or within specified time frame • All in-stock items will be shipped in 1-3 business days 
• Once shipped, United States orders should arrive within 2-10 days. • We will accept RUSH orders, however you must call our store to request during regular business hours (252-424-8589) • Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account 
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages • Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that may vary by the shipping method used in the original order. 
• If you decide not to have your order re-delivered back to you, you will receive a refund. 
• The original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the courier will be deducted from the refund as well as a 15% restocking fee.
